  • Video analysis on special request

• Volunteer Days are available

• Please give a 2-week notice to discontinue or change the package.

• Payment must be made the first of the month.

• Sick, Vacation, and Rain Days - Can be made up within the month ( but it does not change the payment date)

• Package of 4 - $200

  • Requires a 3 month commitment

• Time slots may change accordingly to schedule

• Makeups to be done within the month (no makeups past 4 weeks)

• Prepaid payment is due on the 1st of the month.

• Please give a 2-week notice to discontinue or change the package.
